With retirements at the university projected at an annual rate of 23 percent over the next five years for faculty and staff, the recruitment of new employees and the development of current employees will be critical. Through University Organizational and Professional Development (UOPD), the university has developed the Executive Development Institute to identify and groom future leaders that will serve the university.

Our leaders and managers of today need to be better equipped to face the workforce challenges that lay ahead of them.
