The IT Leadership Development program is designed and developed specifically for individuals employed under the umbrella of the Vice President of Information Technology. All participants must be nominated by senior leadership and approved by the Vice President of Information Technology. The IT Leadership Development program consists of three (3) onsite sessions, which include 360 Executive Coaching, FIRO-B & MBTI assessments, Leadership Ethics, Change Management and Effective Communications. IT Leadership Development participants will also develop goals for an Individual Development Plan, which will be worked on throughout the program.
