Bio

Lynette has been charged with the development of assessment and evaluation tools for University Organizational and Professional Development. She has worked with the executive leadership programs to create pre and post assessments, program evaluations, and internal organizational measurement tools for our consulting services.

 

Lynette received her undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering at Virginia Tech.  She participated in internship programs at Ford Motor Company, Kimberly-Clark Corporation, and General Electric Company.   She has  held graduate teaching positions with the Engineering Education Department at Virginia Tech.  Lynette is currently pursuing her doctoral degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering with a concentration in Management Systems.
