One of the most valuable and informative applied psychology texts on the market, this book is a valuable resource for anyone looking for guidance on matters such as selecting the right employee, employment interviews, legal issues regarding human resource management, performance measurement, training, etc… Though it contains a wealth of information, the authors write in a straightforward and accessible manner that should allow for anyone interested in these topics to benefit, regardless of their familiarity with the subject matter.

Written by two of the pre-eminent researchers in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, this article provides a comprehensive review of research on a variety of employment selection methods. While informative, the article is somewhat technical in focus and may prove challenging to those unfamiliar with this topic.
