Course Description: This one-day workshop shares best practices in coaching and giving feedback to employees for the greatest success in meeting expectations and goals. With attention on the topics of effective feedback and coaching skills, this workshop focuses on building your ability to improve motivation and performance of employees and teams.
Course Objectives: At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
- Increase understanding, knowledge, and skill in the areas of feedback and coaching
- Build understanding of the importance of goal setting and motivation in building performance
- Develop a plan to put these skills into practice in managing your team
